What are the shipping times?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bitcoin and Venmo payments.

  • For Bitcoin payments, you have 15 minutes to complete your order after checkout. Please make sure you have BTC ready in your wallet before placing your order.

  • You can scan our QR code or copy and paste our BTC wallet address to send payment.

  • If you are new to Bitcoin, see our step-by-step guides below or email us for help.

  • For Venmo payments, contact us by email or through the Wire app for instructions. You can also use Venmo to buy Bitcoin for your order.

What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount is $200.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are $50 per order.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number within 7 days of placing your order.

Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

It may take up to 10 days for tracking information to update. We always use the safest shipping methods, which can sometimes delay tracking updates. If you have concerns, feel free to contact our support.

What happens if my package is seized by customs?

If your package is seized by customs, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment.

What happens if my package is lost in the US but not seized by customs?

If your package is lost in the United States but not seized by customs, you will need to pay 50% of the package value for us to reship your order.
SFQPharma does not take responsibility for packages lost by US carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

How do I buy Bitcoin with Cash App? (For users who already have Cash App)

Step-by-Step Guide:

  3. Buy Bitcoin: Tap “Buy,” enter the dollar amount, and confirm your purchase.

  4. Withdraw or Send Bitcoin:

    • Tap “Bitcoin” from the main screen.

    • Select “Withdraw Bitcoin” or “Send Bitcoin.”

    • Enter our BTC wallet address or scan the QR code provided at checkout.

    • Enter the amount to send and confirm the transaction.

  5. Complete Your Order: Your payment will process and your order will be finalized.

How do I buy Bitcoin with Venmo? (For users who already have Venmo)

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Open Venmo: Launch the Venmo app and log in.

  2. Tap on Crypto: From the home screen, tap the “Crypto” tab or the Bitcoin icon.

  3. Buy Bitcoin:

    • Select “Bitcoin.”

    • Tap “Buy,” enter the dollar amount you wish to purchase, and confirm your transaction.

  4. Transfer Bitcoin to Your Wallet:

    • Tap “Transfer” or “Send Crypto.”

    • Enter our BTC wallet address or scan our QR code provided at checkout.

    • Enter the amount of Bitcoin to send and confirm.

  5. Complete Your Order: Your payment will process, and your order will be completed.
