Diet
Get 2 grams of protein per pound. You can add protein shakes to get additional protein. If you have higher body fat, take fewer carbs, about 200-300 grams daily. You can eat as much protein as you want when you are on anabolic steroids. Everything will go to the muscles. That's why you can drink a lot of protein shakes if you are using anabolic steroids. Steroids will absorb every protein. Consume 400-500 grams of protein if you want steroids to do their magic. If not, don't do bodybuilding. It's an extreme sport. You need to eat extreme, train extreme and take an extreme dose of steroids.
Anabolic steroids
If it's your first time on steroids, start at 500mg of testosterone. After a couple of months, you can go up to 750mg a week. We advise you to stay on steroids for nine-ten months. There is no "PCT" time. Whenever you PCT, you will lose gains and strength. You need to progress all the time if you want to grow. Take testosterone for 9-10 months. Cruise for a couple of months to give your body a rest.
Add orals for four weeks, then four weeks off. Do blood tests after two weeks of oral break. For example, four weeks on orals, then after two weeks break do blood test for liver and kidney.
