Dianabol for bodybuilding

Dbol is probably the most popular steroid in bodybuilding sports. Every first steroid cycle starts with Dianabol. Many gym users even use it as a solo cycle. But we do not advise doing a solo Dianabol cycle. Any steroid cycle must contain testosterone. It's the base of any cycle. Running Dianabol solo will shut down your natural testosterone production.

Dianabol is a c-17 alpha-alkylated steroid. So it's liver toxic. It would be best if you ran Liv-52, Milk Thistle, or Tudca to protect your liver. Most users will run it for 4-6 weeks. Of course, it depends on the dosage too. There is a difference between 30mg and 100mg of Dianabol. High dosages are for a 4-week cycle and low to medium for six weeks.

If you are skinny and can't put any weight, then Dianabol is for you. Start at 30mg a day. It doesn't matter if you take it once before a workout or three times a day. You will get the same effects. Many bodybuilders take it once before a workout. Don't get too much into science.

Another benefit of Dianabol is you can use it when you crash your estrogen levels with anti-estrogen medication. Because Dianabol is a fast-acting steroid, your estrogen levels will return to normal in no time.

If you are on a long ester like Testosterone Enanthate and it's your first cycle, then it's a good idea to add Dianabol for a "Kick start" for the first four weeks. Dianabol starts working fast, and you will see faster results. Of course, it retains water, but if you are skinny, it's alright. With that will come nice strength gains and muscle mass. You can up your dosage if you feel well. But if you experience any lethargy or suppressed appetite, then lower your dosage.

Testosterone Enanthate 500mg a week

Dianabol 30-50mg a day for 4-6 weeks

Anti-Estrogens Arimidex, Aromasin – depends on blood work.

Milk thistle, Liv-52, Tudca 4-6 weeks
