Don’t take Arimidex at the beginning of the cycle or you may crash your estrogen levels. Do blood work for estrogen and prolactin after two weeks you start your cycle. Start taking Arimidex and Cabergoline as we suggest. After one week do another blood work and see if you need to adjust Arimidex and Canergoline.

After twelve weeks , start a TRT or cruise for six to eight weeks to rest your body. PCT will only sabotage your gains. You want constantly to progress not regress.
